I think I speak on behalf of Mother and all us siblings in saying we are very pleased with the care Whitehills Care Ltd in particular Gillian and Charity have all shown to Anne.

For us the most important thing was Mother felt very comfortable with you all right from the beginning - it was not an easy decision for her to accept that she needed the extra help but you have all made the transition seamless for her. You are all very professional, reliable, helpful and kind and she really looks forward to your arrival morning and evening. For us, as her children, it has taken quite a lot of pressure off us and, although we can cope with appointments, shopping etc, during the day, we very much appreciate your help at either end of the day.

I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending you and your services to other people.

My mum receives twice-daily visits from Whitehills Care. We have had a consistent small team of carers who know her routines and dementia needs. They keep a detailed log, flag concerns promptly, and have been flexible when appointments change. The respect and kindness they show has made a real difference to Mum''s wellbeing—and to our peace of mind as a family.

Professional carers who helped after hospital discharge

Following a short stay in hospital, the team provided daily home care. The carers were well trained, patient with my mobility aids, and respectful of my preferences. We had one minor scheduling hiccup in the first week, but it was resolved quickly and the care since has been very reliable. I''m regaining confidence and appreciate their support.

I receive morning and evening visits from Whitehills Care Ltd. My carers are consistently on time and treat me with dignity and respect. They help with washing, medication prompts, and a light breakfast, and always make time for a friendly chat. Communication with the office is clear, and any small changes to my schedule are confirmed in advance. I feel safe, listened to, and supported to stay independent at home.
